When designing the AMS Underdrive pulley we decided
to engineer it to our own strict requirements. Uncorking
the true performance potential of the Evo 8 was on top of
our list, extreme durability and driveability were second,
but what separated our product from the generic competitor
was the dedication to the consumer. Our goal is to provide
a product that looks great and out-performs the expectations
of the car's owner. We picked up where other manufacturers
left off and brought the design onto a higher level.
After countless hours of research and testing we've finally
arrived at the destination. An underdrive pulley designed
by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, a pulley that not only unleashes
the extra power but easily withstands the test of the street.

The AMS Pulley is designed with function in mind. Extra
weight has been shaved off and rigidity added through our
unique engineering process. The AMS Tuning Pulley showed
average gains of 15 horsepower and 20 ft/lbs. of torque
on a stock factory Mitsubishi Evo 8 throughout the entire
RPM range, not just top-end.
AMS Pulleys are manufactured from top-grade materials using
state of the art digital CNC machines. Each pulley is tested
and inspected to insure proper balancing, outstanding finish
and top performance.
The AMS Tuning Underdrive Pulley Kit includes all of the
necessary items to replace the factory unit. Your AMS Pulley
comes with a shorter belt and installation instructions
to guide you through the install.
